Information you provide

If you email us, you provide your name, email address, and the message or files you choose to send. The inquiry form prepares an email draft on your device; you decide whether to send it through your email app. We use that information to respond and handle your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the general contact form.

The private member beta collects an email address, username, display name, and authentication information to create and manage an account. Members may optionally opt in to promotional email for new releases, merch, tours/live events, and label news. Creating an account alone does not enroll a member in promotional email. Email preferences can be changed or turned off in the member account.

Services used by this site

Netlify hosts this website. The inquiry form does not submit your message to a website database; it opens your email app. Email you choose to send to our Gmail address is handled by your email provider and Google. The member system uses Supabase for authentication, profile storage, and saved email-notification preferences. Resend is configured as the email-delivery service for opted-in promotional updates and may process subscriber email addresses, topic preferences, delivery events, and unsubscribe actions for that purpose.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, where needed, software libraries from jsDelivr. These services receive technical information such as an IP address and browser request details when your browser connects. Hosting and account services may also process technical and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

Links to UnitedMasters, YouTube, and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply to information you provide there.

Browser storage

The member beta uses browser storage to maintain a sign-in session. Sign out on shared devices. Clearing site data may end your session or require you to sign in again. Your browser also controls ordinary caching and third-party requests.

Use, retention, and requests

Information is used to operate accounts, respond to inquiries, maintain security, honor email-notification preferences, send opted-in Beat Reapers updates, and handle related business or legal needs. Service providers process information for those functions. Retention depends on the type of record, its purpose, and applicable obligations.

You can edit available profile fields in the member beta. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, email us. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for security, business, or legal reasons. Do not email your password.
